You can walk at your own pace for as far as you can even if it is up and down the hall. When you walk, you need to be sure that it isn’t something that is just to the bedroom or outdoors. We all have a lot of stress that needs to be let go of at times.

Walking will help that by giving us time out just for ourselves to relax and enjoy life to build up our self-esteem.
